Disgrace - Yo Satan (1989)
Another hidden treasure on the world wide web. I really don't understand why really no one on this bloody planet ever posted anything by this great Straight Edge band from Leeuwarden. OK back in 1987 my old band Callosity once played as opener for them at the Skule in Franeker and we blew them of the stage but heck, it's a great band that deserves to be listened to by anyone who likes old HC punk. Guitarist Rene would later form the legendary band Cooper in Amsterdam. But thanks to my pal PHROSTBITE you can now enjoy the sounds of the "Yo Satan" EP. A true gem from 1989.

BeantwoordenVerwijderenMy friend Gerhard Derksen played in this killer band, but we lost touch in 1990 and I have no idea if he lives still. I am really happy - thanks for this and for all of the interesting things I find here. I'll be stalking this blog :) I have videos of the band and a tape but nothing else, an amazing band that was just ignored which is a great shame. Cheers
