Various - Friesland Pop Promosingle 7 1993

N.A.I. stood for No Anal Intercourse and was Friesland's answer to bands such as Victims Family. Only these guys were 15 or 16 when they won the Kleine Prijs Van Sneek contest and I totally agreed with that.
Hideous Sun Demons were one of the less frisian Grungebands formed out of the ashes of bands such as Incursion Dementia and Lunacy.
The Mayhem was a hip hop crew from Sneek (?).
As I know as much of frisian hip hop as a cat of baking pancakes I leave it to mentioning them.

Interview David Vincent - Leeuwarden, Het Anker 1993 - Freak Out magazine

I remember this day as if it was yesterday. It was at the Eewal in Leeuwarden. Hotel Het Anker, 2 0'Clock in the afternoon. I was going to have an interview with one of my heroes of those days... David Vincent of Morbid Angel. I had taken two bootleg cd's with that I got from Bram of De Melomaan recordstore. I never gave them to him and when you listen to the interview you know why....
After the interview I invited the men to come to the oldest coffeeshop in town, Utopia. We had some good smokes and Morbid Angel swapped CD's with Joris from Dust Devil, who opened the festival the next day........
Oh yes, I did the interview for my very own FREAK OUT magazine but i havent got a copy of the issue with the interview anymore...

Sexual OCD - Straatfestival 1993

I found an old tape back with a recording I made at the "Illegal" street festival in Leeuwarden in 1993. Illegal because we did it near a squat pub in the Kruisstreet in Leeuwarden.... Het Koetshuis. Bands that were not chosen to be on the official festival. Amnisia was there, B.O.D., De Ketters.... And Sexual O.C.D. My very own Techno Death Trash band. First you hear some experimental tuning, than I announce the song and than we go loose.
